At Kaizen, we take care of every detail to ensure your experience is flawless from the very beginning. All orders are processed within a maximum of 24 business hours after confirmation, excluding weekends or public holidays. In those cases, orders will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping to Spain
1. Processing time: 1 business day
2. Mainland deliveries: within 48 to 72 hours
3. Balearic or Canary Islands: within 3 to 4 business days
Shipping to Europe: delivery within 2 to 5 business days
International Shipping (Outside Europe)

Deliveries to the United States: within 6 to 12 business days

Other countries: within 10 to 20 business days, depending on location
During high-demand periods (such as Black Friday, Christmas, or other promotions), delivery times may be slightly extended. All our shipments are insured and include a tracking number.
Taxes and Customs (Outside Europe)
Prices shown on our website do not include taxes or customs duties. If your order is being shipped outside the European Union, you may be required to pay customs duties or taxes upon delivery, as determined by local authorities.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Kaizen. If you refuse to pay the fees and the order is returned, only the value of the product will be refunded (shipping costs are non-refundable).
Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Order
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at 📩 info@kaizen-care.com. Once the order has been shipped, we won’t be able to modify the address.
If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or is not picked up within the time indicated by the courier, the cost of a new shipment will be the customer’s responsibility. No refunds will be issued for loss due to incorrect information or failure to collect the order.
