What are Kaizen products made of?

How long does silver ion treatment last? Is it proven to eliminate bacteria?

The effectiveness of the treatment lasts for 18 months (80% effectiveness). Starting at month 7.5, it will decrease by 5% every 3 months, based on washing every 10-15 days.

How do you wash the Kaizen cover? With what detergent?

For optimal care of your Kaizen cover, follow these instructions:

  • Delicate machine or hand wash (cold setting).
  • Use neutral pH detergent.
  • Avoid bleach to preserve the quality of the material.
  • Air dry, not in the dryer.
  • Do not dry clean with trichlorethylene.
  • Iron at low temperature if necessary.

Additionally, unlike cotton covers that are washed every 3 days, the Kaizen cover is recommended to be washed every 10 to 15 days.

Regarding detergent, we currently do not have a specific recommended brand. The essential thing is to opt for a neutral pH detergent. This characteristic is essential to preserve the quality of the material.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping to Spain:

  • Processing: 1 business day (2 days on weekends).
  • Spanish Peninsula: 48 - 72 hours (business days)
  • Canary or Balearic Islands: Between 3 and 4 days.

International deliveries:

  • Europe: 2-5 business days.
  • International Orders: 5-7 business days (depending on location).

In specific cases, due to high demand (Black Friday, Christmas, etc...) or logistics issues, shipping may take longer than stipulated.

What happens if I have not put the correct address?

For any modification, contact info@kaizen-care.com with the order number and correct address. Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

The customer assumes responsibility in case of loss due to incorrect address.

If you do not provide the correct address before shipping, without immediate notification, and the package cannot be delivered due to the incorrect address, a refund will not be issued.

*In the event that at the time of delivery of the order it is not possible to contact the customer, it is notified via mailbox and if the package is not collected from the notified office within 10 days, it will be sent to the factory again, having lost said package without option. to refund.

*If the shipment has already been made, it will not be possible to change the delivery address since shipments are delivered by external Kaizen Care companies and we do not have the power to change the delivery address once the order has been sent. from the warehouse, so the customer is responsible for the loss of the package if they have not indicated the correct address, have moved house or similar.

How to return a product?

Too easy. You have 30 days from receipt of the order to make returns. After this period, returns will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@kaizen-care.com . We'll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

In case of return, shipping costs are the responsibility of Kaizen, as we offer a free 30-day guarantee. Our team will review the application and send instructions if approved. Items must be in their original packaging and unused.

Used products will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny any return.

What do I do if the product is damaged?

If the product is damaged, please contact our customer service team at info@kaizen-care.com to initiate the return process. Provide the following information:

How long does the return take?

Processing returns may take up to 10 business days from the day we receive your return. For returned items, a full refund will be credited.

How can I change or cancel an order?
